We believe that the cost of training shouldn’t hold capable, talented people back from starting a new career. High upfront fees are the biggest barrier to entry in the driving instructor market, which is why we’ve completely removed them.
Through our unique training-to-franchise model, you pay zero up-front course fees. Instead, your training is funded through staged, manageable franchise fees only after you have qualified and started working. We are an instructor supply and conversion platform designed to give you a risk-free pathway into the industry.

Requirements to Get Started
To maintain our impeccable reputation across the North East, we look for individuals who possess a genuine potential for excellence. To apply, you must:

Be aged 22 or over.

Live in the North East (from Teesside to Newcastle).

Have held a full UK driving licence for at least 3.5 years (with no disqualifications).

Pass an Enhanced DBS check.

Have excellent communication skills and a patient, understanding nature.
The Path to Qualification
The qualification process is structured into three essential parts. Depending on your pace and commitment, training usually takes between 3 to 18 months:

Part 1: Theory & Hazard Perception – Mastering advanced theory and road safety knowledge.

Part 2: Practical Driving Ability – Demonstrating an expert, faultless level of driving skill.

Part 3: Practical Instruction Ability – Mastering the art of teaching others to drive effectively.
