It’s never too soon to start studying if you are thinking about passing your test; there’s a lot more to driving than just getting behind the wheel. There’s a lot of theory that you have to learn: the theory test involves 50 questions and in order to pass you have to get at least 43 correct. The questions cover all aspects of the Highway Code, including a case study, which involves a real-life scenario that could happen while you are driving. You will be expected to answer 5 questions based on this, which test your understanding of road safety issues. Before you can even attempt your practical test, you have to pass the theory test, so start studying! It’s a good idea to pick up a copy of the Highway Code and learn the rules and regulations of the road. Here at the English School of Motoring, we can help you to practice for the test.
